Hi guys.
Was declared bankrupt at the end of April last year. With the end of the 12 month restrictions being lifted in April 2022. Although I know I continue paying into the IPA for 3 years.

Should I expect any contact from the Insolvency service or Trustee at the end of April. Or will it just update automatically. With me continuing to pay into the IPA

Your discharge happens automatically.
If you check your status on the Insolvency service website it will show discharge at midnight.
This stays there for 3 months. I just printed a couple of copies off1 -
Yeh I have had a look at the Insolvency register. It states 22/4/2022
I just wondered if it was all automated or whether I would be contacted by them
Thanks0 -
