When does the sale start online, does anyone know?
I won't even go into how cross the VIP thing makes me.. (loyal customer LOTS of years, spent loads with them, never a sniff at the VIP thing..friends in the same situation..yada, yada, yada.. sorry

Aaargh! Not on here too! LOL ;-) There is a (currently) 32 page thread on the Discount codes forum about this very topic. Pipkin, you need to check you are on the email list okay, I never used to get VIP invites either until I rang up to ask why not and they checked my account and my email address wasn't registered on their mailing list (despite me getting promotional emails from them) so that was why I'd never had a VIP. Since then I've always got one.0
