Hi there! I have a pension with ITV but have not contributed for many years but it is still active. I now live in the USA and wondered if there was any way I could move this pension to the USA. I also have a private pension with Aegon but have been told that I can transfer this to the USA any time I please.

More interested in situation with the ITV pension.

Do you mean that you have a deferred pension in the ITV Defined Benefit pension scheme?

I now live in the USA and wondered if there was any way I could move this pension to the USA. 

It  would seem a process fraught with difficulties even if permissible.

The process could be even more difficult if your deferred pension has safeguarded benefits valued at over £30,000.

You would need the advice of a Pension Transfer Specialist and finding one qualified to deal with UK/US is unlikely to be easy.

Only if you are currently employed by Supply Chain RFID Consulting LLC or Transform Group - and even then there are other issues, including the (possible) need to take financial advice if your transfer value is £30,000 or more and depending on the type of scheme you were in with ITV.
