I need advice, going to ask for my first loan
Hi, I am going to ask for a loan for the first time. It is for personal reasons and not to buy a house.
Soon I will move to a different address (I have been at current one for 3 years +). Could this affect my chances to get a loan? What would be the best thing to do?

Changing your address can increase your perceived risk, but there's nothing you can do about that.
Just apply when you need the loan.1 -
Please also ensure that lender is aware of your current address.
Every now and then we see people on these forums that get a CCJ registered against them 'out of nowhere' because of an old loan they stopped paying/thought they paid off - but haven't updated their address so receive no correspondance about it.Know what you don't0
