Hi, when I log onto my Royal London pension, the overall value of the fund is not always there. Does anyone else have an online RL pension account. Maybe it’s a glitch but it’s happened before- nothing listed under ‘Value’.

Starting balance £173,000 (Sept 2012) interest only so if we do nothing We will owe this at the end of the term😁😁

I get this on the app too, but then shows again later the same day1

I see - or rather I don’t see - that quite often. Look at the investments tab, scroll to the bottom of that and your plan value is there too.1

Do you pay into It each month ?
I know it is unavailable when contributions are going in
dont monitor it too often , it will drive you mad , once a month should certainly be enough0 -
I also see this all the time on the App and the website - the value is not shown. I guess there must be some revaluation or processing going on in the background.
