    Is anyone still having issues?

    I ordered on 16 March and had the same issues as others on this thread.  After roughly two weeks of daily emails and texts (and adding credit card as an alternative method of payment to my debit card), I had an email acknowledging the issues.  Then all messages stopped.

    About a week ago, it's all started again!  Still no reason as to why my cards are still being declined.

    I haven't ordered from them since, this is all related to the order on the 16 March.
