I work 10 hours a week (Mon-Fri) from home, 2 hours per day doing an administrative customer service role. I need to confirm with my employer what my holiday entitlement is, but before I ask him, I want to be sure I’ve got my sums right! Govt website says 28 days either including or plus bank hols.. is this right? Thanks!

Your minimum statutory entitlement would be 28 days (56 hours) which equates to 5.6 weeks.
There is no statutory entitlement to bank holidays.
So if your employment requires you to take them off then they are included in those minimum 28 days.
Of course, your employer can give you more holiday if they wish.1 -
The easiest way to look at this is that you minimum entitlement is to 5.6 or your ten hour weeks or 28 of your two hour days.
As G_G has said there is no statutory entitlement to bank holidays, not even Christmas day.
Also, any employer can totally dictate when you may (or may not) take your holiday. So, if they close on bank holidays they may insist that you take those as part of your holiday. Alternatively if they are open and busy on bank holidays they may insist you work and take your holiday at some other time.1
