Mortgage fixed rate

Hi, After some advise. We are currently year 4 into a 5 year fixed product. With concerns on the economy and interest rate rises we are thinking of leaving early to another fix product for 5 years maybe more. My current provider will charge £1500 as an early release fee, it can be added to the mortgage. Do you think this would be worth it for the long terms stability of a new fixed deal.
