We applied to Leeds building society via a broker last Friday. All documents were accepted according to our broker and valuation was instructed yesterday. With leeds is the instruction of a valuation a good sign and we've passed the underwriting stage?

Depends on the lender. Halifax instructed the valuation as soon as we put the mortgage application in. So before they had reviewed documents.roast said:Interesting.....is that the same approach for the other lenders?0
