What is the best option to take a home improvement loan other than extending the mortgage given increasing interest rates March 2022

A personal loan would seem to be the obvious choice.Potentially a 0% purchase credit card - if the goods/services you need can be paid for by card, and if you can get a card with a high enough limit, and if you'll be able to pay off the whole balance when the promotional rate expires. But an ordinary personal loan is probably the more feasible option.0
