Repayment/Interest Only Mortgage Calculator for Variable Rate with 5yr Discount Period

I've been trying to find a mortgage calculator which will provide me with a comparison of monthly payments between repayment and interest only basis and which take account of a fixed discount period.
There are lots that can do standard repayment/interest only comparison but I can't find any which allow me to include a discounted rate period.
I'd prefer an excel spreadsheet version but an online version would work just as well.

Look up locoblade I think theirs may do it.
For your simple case why not do your own?1 -
