wheat free chestnut stuffing recipe

Hi all

As the title implies I need a wheat free chestnut stuffing recipe for my brother as he has a wheat intolerance.

We usually get M & S's frozen chestnut stuffing but they've changed the recipe this year to include wheat :mad:

I've looked through the other stuffing threads but they all seem to include bread or breadcrumbs which are no good for him, also tried googling it without much success.

Any suggestions please?

    If you google for gluten free chestnut stuffing quite a few hits come up. The recipes seem to substitute rice for breadcrumbs. Perhaps you could do some trial runs before the day to see which is the nicest?
