I picked up a nice sized bag for my z1 @ tkmax in Torquay @ £7.99 and it does the job nicely thank you so check out your TXMAX first, and no it isn't genuine minolta but it is a nice snug fit and plenty of padding shoulder straps pockets for battery digi card etc.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

I initially spoke to Boots on the phone re: the missing Z10 camera case but the guy I spoke to said 'it was clearly stated that the case was offered as a freebie and was subject to availability' - which we all know is a lie. I pushed for compensation and was offered 300 points so thought I'd try the e-mail route.
I have been e-mailing customerservice@care.boots.com but have not got a response yet. Is this the correct e-mial address?
How long does it normally take boots to respond?
This has happened to me before with Boots; despite sending a polite e-mail, if they don't want to deal with the problem they will sometimes ignore you and hope you go away.

I have the original printout - it was stated as an "included accessorry" and NEVER as a freebie and subject to availability. They initially tried to play this game on me too. Just tell them that you have the initial ad - if need be I can scan it and send it to you - and tell them that you would like £10 refunded (or whatever amount you feel is appropriate)0 -
