Sipp Providers - commercial property experience

I have been looking again at putting a commercial property into a Sipp.

Has anyone got any tips/experience?
Which Sipp provider did you use/why?

(my current Sipp providers don't handle commercial property, so would need to find a new provider)

Has anyone used InvesAcc (Minerva Sipp)
or Curtis Banks?

Comments

  • We currently have our arrangement with InvestAcc and their Minerva SIPP. We bought a small office unit which is let out to a unconnected business and is returning a nice yield.

Actual process looked daunting but was made really simple. Cannot fault the young lady we dealt with within InvestAcc, really helpful and always available (Sorry for all the questions if your reading!).

Heard awful things about Curtis Banks from a friend who is actually in the process of moving his arrangement away to InvestAcc also but existing lending with CB slowing things down currently.
