Hi sorry For the post just stressed

The official receiver wrote  to the county court and explained that I am bankrupt (case is named in my bankruptcy) but today the judge wrote that the case is still listed for April? Why?

Most likely just going through the motions, any CCJ for a debt prior to you going bankrupt would be null and void anyway.

Case will probably be dismissed on the day.

Have you defended the case on the basis of your bankruptcy ? you should have done.

She won I appealed the payment amount lost and then made myself bankrupt (she’s named and the case is too in bankruptcy)

If the CCJ debt is included in your bankruptcy, then it will be void, and cannot be enforced further.

So if she won, you appealed and lost, what is listed for April ? I don`t understand.
