Cycle to work equivalent for retirees in Scotland

I am considering buying an electric bike but I can't buy one under the cycle to work scheme as I retired early due to ill health and receive an occupational pension. Under the cycle to work scheme employees save approx one third on the price of a new bike. Is there an equivalent for retirees in their 50s. I pay tax on my occupational pension so it seems unfair that I can't take advantage of this. I know there is a green scheme where you can get a loan, but I don't need a loan. I've got the money just looking for a level playing field with other tax payers. Thanks
