Not received activation link.. no way to contact intellizoom

I signed up but I never received an activation link even though I’ve requested a Recents many many times. It says that I am a member but won’t accept my login details.
Is there any way of contacting intellizoom, I can’t see how!

In the log in page of the website if you go to the bottom of the page there is a contact us option this takes you to a help page and a chat bot

I typed "Contact" into the chat bot and it said: "I'll send your question to our support team. Please provide us with a brief summary of your inquiry." Might be worth a try to see if it actually gets read by a human.1

Hi thanks for trying to help..I went on Twitter and found a way to submit a ticket ..they really concealed their customer service! Anyway all sorted, I'm on the wait listMany thanks to all who contribute on MSE
