Did you get any paperwork when the code was reduced that advised what any potential underpayment would be?0

No, only an online message saying code has changed then when you view past years it says looks like you have or are (can’t remember exact wording) underpaying and then the £17.40. I called Hmrc today as I could really use that money, was told overpayed tax by £710 but need to wait for my employer to send p11d form in then it will be refunded likely July they said.
