Mortgage fully assessed

Options
We got a rather casual email this am re our application
husband is self employed and submitted 2 sets of accounts with application. All papers were returned to us stating scanned todays email asking for SA302’s but saying that application was fully assessed
what does this mean?
I tried calling on the “direct” number which was useless
eventually accountants emailed them to BS
is this hoop jumping?
Are underwriters god because you actually are not able to get an answer from anybody
if the application needed everything sent why did it not say that ?
Any ideas ?

Without knowing the lender, no one can say and any guesses could be wrong.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • The accountant recons it’s hoop jumping
we actually had a letter notifying us of a change of rate at the weekend to the rate of our new mortgage deal
One person I spoke to thought they’d lost the paperwork as they couldn’t see it
    maybe we will hear tomorrow
But the biggest issue was not actually being able to speak to anyone that could tell us anything
then I panicked because he’s self employed
