Council tax reband - second time

Hi there all

We re-banded a few years ago successfully on our CT band.
I was looking at the VOA this week to see what the other properties in our street were at with regard to the fuel payment to be made this year.

It looks like quite a few have also re-banded and they are similar size (bedrooms Etc) to mine but a band lower.

Can i re-band again?

You can of course ask, but unless the VOA have made a frightful blunder it is unlikely a property would have its band reduced twice. Obviously you will have to provide good evidence to support your case as their probable first response would be that the banding of your home was thoroughly investigated when it was previously reduced.

Yes, I understand that, but looking at similar houses today there looks to be a lot that have been re-banded that are of similar size, rooms and value as mine in a band lower than mine. They weren't when I was re-banded first time

Then you will have to emphasise this to the VOA
