Mortgage application submitted - found spelling mistakes on address in CreditKarma

OH and I submitted mortgage application with Skipton on Friday, we had an AIP from them before this and my current mortgage is with them (porting over). Following submission I’ve noticed there’s a spelling mistake showing in my address on Credit Karma. It’s showing as kk instead of ll, E.g. fakk instead of fall. Everything else is correct and I’m showing as a good credit score, but I’m worried this is going to affect our application. Should I be worried?

If you can find your own credit records with the wrongly-spelled address, I'd expect the lender will be able to as well - so I doubt it's an issue.0

It is unlikely to have any impact but you can ask your mortgage broker to check and correct it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thanks both - I’ve seen Skipton carrying out soft searches on the report on Friday so I’m not as worried now but have contacted broker nonetheless.0

I applied with Skipton and they are so laid back. If is an issue they will tell you, you can explain and I imagine it will be fine.
You will probably get the offer within a week 👍🤞0 -
Skipton moved away from TransUnion to Experian, so what comes up on your CK record is irrelevant to them.I am a mortgage broker.
