Family springboard or shared ownership mortgage

Does anyone have experience of either of these?
My questions - how much would mortgage offer increase by if went down family springboard mortgage route? I'm not able to gift my child money but happy to 'lend'.
Where do we find a shared ownership mortgage?

    Hi, I am just pondering similar questions and have been advised to contact a mortgage broker to assist. 

    So I've been googling "mortgage brokers uk" this weekend. I've located two or three in my area and will be phoning them next week.   :)
