Hi
My wife and i applied for an accord mortgage, my broker said that Mortgage Application has been agreed subject to a satisfactory valuation!
does this mean that they will send us the mortgage offer if they are satisfied with valuation or they are still doing checks on us?

Thank you, we were worried because i work for a family business and they asked for yearly breakdown of earnings over the last 2 full tax years and current tax year to date.Are they satisfied with what i sent them? Or they can make further checks after the valuation?0
