• Winner will be notified by email by 5pm on Friday 1 April 2022 and have 7 days to accept the prize. 
• All elements of the prize must be redeemed by 9 February 2023
• All elements of the prize are for two people travelling together.
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Details of the prize: 
  • LNER:
    • Winner will be gifted a voucher to entitle them to a return, standard coach journey from an LNER station (including London Kings Cross, Edinburgh Waverley, Aberdeen, York, Durham, Newark, Peterborough, Lincoln).
    • The winner must make their own way to the train station.
  • Jesmond Dene House Hotel:
    • Prize is a mid-week stay for two nights, for two people including bed and breakfast
    • Check-in is for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
    • Excluding bank holidays or any special dates (ie Christmas, New Year's Eve).
  • Afternoon Tea at ABOVE:
    • Afternoon tea available Monday – Thursday, 12pm – 5pm with last booking at 3pm.
    • No refund will be given if bookings or part bookings are cancelled.
    • All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.
    • If applicable, all additional costs for drinks must be settled prior to leaving the venue on the day of the event.
    • Vouchers cannot be used on Bank Holidays or special event days (eg Valentine's Day, Mothers Day)
    • The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
    • No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability.
