    Hi lisa,

They usually transfer files to the RTLU when there are assets to be disposed of, but if that's not the case with you then maybe it's just a re-distribution of workload.

Why not contact your original O.R and ask them the question?

  • hi,
do you think they are maybe going to impose an ipa on me,as the only assets i have are a few shares.

the shares will be why it's gone to the RTLU. Nothing to worry about, and means the investigation into your bankruptcy is concluded.
  • thanks i hope it is nothing.

    Hi lisa,

Its definitely the shares that are the reason for the transfer. It did seem unusual when you said you'd got no assets; does seem unnecessary when its only a few shares, but I think a £1 Premium Bond is enough.:D

An IPA is based on your income and expenditure budget, and that should already have been discussed with you at your O.R phone call / meeting.

Actually, lh, this probably means that the OR has concluded their investigation into your affairs, and this is most likely to be a pre-cursor to early discharge.
