Nationwide first mortgage application not booked valuation ?

Applied for a mortgage through a broker and left it for a week for things to progress. I’ve got the “we have received your mortgage application emails and texts” when the broker submitted it last Thursday. however other people seem to have ones with valuation booked pretty soon after?

With me going through a broker will this effect me getting these updates? I’ll double check with the broker tommorow just curious

Our broker submitted our application Monday, we paid the fee to add the homebuyers report yesterday afternoon, and got the notification (text and email) that the valuation was booked today. I assume it'll also depend on how easily they can get hold of the vendor to arrange access?

Was the DIP decision accept or refer?

If it was refer, the case will be fully underwritten before the valuation is instructed.
