Clydesdale mortgage offer

Hi all, just wanted to post this in case anyone is needing a current Clydesdale timescale.
My application via broker went in late 21/2/22, got the offer 15/3/22, so 3 weeks.
Mine was pretty straightforward, no debt or credit issues, and no extra docs were requested. Relief!

Thanks for this. We're waiting for an offer from them too .. application only went in two weeks ago though. We do have some debt but they knew about this before we submitted the application (applied through a broker ..) hopefully we will also hear back soon, they did inform us today that the survey / valuation was what we had expected but don't know whether they've looked through our documentation as yet.0
