Lloyds remortgage

Hi. Just weighing up the options to remortgage and potentially thinking of fixing for 10 years with Lloyds. They offer £750 cash back for club Lloyds members so if I decide to go ahead with this it seems daft not to. But I can’t see if there are any prerequisites such as the account needs to have been opened x amount of time or it will take x amount of days to open the account, become a club Lloyds member and eligible for the cash back.

Has anyone done this on the spot without already being a member and got it all to go through fairly quickly or is there something I’m missing?

Have 3 months before my current fix ends so do have time to sort it out but with current uncertainty and things only going up the sooner I’m locked in the better of course.
