Went to Hsbc , Lloyds TSB n NatWest all refused to open basic account as l had current account with them even l told them my bankrutcy situation 😓

HSBC would normally downgrade to a basic.
Go to a bank you don't have an account with..nationwide, Co op etc. Your current accounts will likely be closed by the banks when they are notified of your BR.
So you need to get a basic open before that
