What type of mortgage should we seek?

I haven't had a mortgage since 2003, my wife since 2015. My father has died and we have the right to buy his house (which have lived in for 7 years) from the estate. I have inherited 42% of it. What type of mortgage are we applying for? Can we apply for first time buyers? Its not a re-mortgage per se either. We don't own any other property.

Just a regular house mover mortgage. You aren’t a first time buyer.0

Actually - if you go with Nationwide you are a FTB as you have not held a mortgage in 3 years. Its funny really. Not many benefits to it, unless you wanted the helping hands mortgage at 5.5X your income.0
