The last one was Oct/Nov statement it was £2.06. our broker has reapplied with another lender so fingers crossed it is all ok.0

A good broker should have at least some idea of which lenders will take this into account. My broker suggested a lender based on my circumstances - if yours can't, rather than just applying willy nilly, then maybe try another?0
