Payslip/Bank Statement Mortgage Application

Hi, I have 2 forms of employment 1 of those is through a family business where my husband is the Director and 100% shareholder.
We have an accountant who deals with all our tax/HMRC. We have recently applied for a mortgage and he has sent over my payslips for the past 12 months, he does this through HMRC PAYE. The wage then gets paid by faster payment from the business account.
We are using Halifax and they have requested 1 month payslip from each job and 1 month bank statement. When we recieved the payslip we have realised that my monthly pay states £600 on the payslip however it shows £505 on the bank statement. We are in the process of seeing if our accountant can amend the payslip to match the bank account at £505. If he is unable to do this is it going to cause an issue?
Thanks in advance.

As explanation the difference in the amounts is due to a tax code change as my wage has increased at my other job. I was having to pay income tax which amounted to £95 per month and after the tax code change I pay all my income tax on my other job.0

This will cause an issue but the wage slips on their own will not be sufficient anyway.
When Halifax work out that your husband is 100% owner of the business they will request Latest 2 Years HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Tax Calculation accompanied by corresponding Tax Year Overviews

Yes, they have requested 2 years HMRC tax calculation and supporting documents from my husband. This is no issue, he only takes dividends so we have these. They have also requested an employment history document from HMRC which I have applied for today.0
