Recommended Tax Advisors Capital Gains Tax for UK Expat in Saudi Arabia

Due to ill health I'm unable to move back to the UK and have just put my house on the market.
I'm looking for a Tax advisor from a small company who can help reduce CGT for a UK expat based in Saudi.
I bought as a BTL back in 2013 and was hoping to move back to the UK. Due to poor health that's not going to happen.
I've been in contact with expat tax specialists but they just forward my details on and won't give me an idea of how much they charge. Instead they offer an introduction to a specialist who can't tell me their fee.
Can anyone recommend a small Tax company they have used and how much did they charge?
