THE PRIZE
A trip for two to Koh Samui, a land of contrasting mystique and modern pleasures! We will fly you from the UK to stay for two nights in Bangkok before jetting to the island. There is plenty to do on the island but while you are surrounded in sumptuous luxury we are sure you will struggle to drag yourself away from Plumeria villa!
The staff here know how to indulge you and you will surely be hard pressed to find such a beautiful location to relax and unwind in. However, once you do tear yourself away from the villa and its grounds you will not be disappointed. The island is a sub-tropical paradise with the most stunning beaches. Well known beaches include Chaweng, Lamai, Bophut, Big Buddha, Choeng Mon, Hua Thanon and Maenam. Take a look at our destination guides to detail what there is to do in Samui.
Koh Samui, the beautiful island, is the third largest Thai island and it is located 700 km South of Bangkok in the Surat Thani province, a jewel in the South China Sea and Pacific Ocean. There are many places to visit and one of the most renowned is ‘The Big Buddha’ or ‘Wat Phra Yai’. This is Samui’s most famous landmark and it is actually 12 metres tall. There are several other Buddhist temples and shrines that you can visit; the island is a cultural and historic location that has religious significance to the Buddhist faith.

I received an email from The Travel Magazine people today and in it is the chance to win a VIP holiday to Thailand.
http://www.thetravelmagazine.co.uk/competitions.php
It's my first post so I hope I have done everything correctly.0 -
-
I missed it so thank you:D0

Sorry folks, I searched as well.
I think I know where I went wrong so will try harder in future.0 -
Thanks for a potentially great first post! I havent been posting long but soon found that the best way to search is to copy and paste the URL and search with that. If that doesnt come up with a duplicate comp then you can be pretty certain that its unique.0

I received an e-mail with details of this comp yesterday, and when I went to the link www.vipvillas.com for more information there was another competition with a prize of a villa holiday to Cyprus - but the question was the same, about the height of the statue. Has anyone entered the second, Cyprus, one? Wondered if this was a mistake - one comp or two?0
