1. This competition is not open to employees of Marketing Manchester, Avanti West Coast, Stock Exchange Hotel, or any partner/agency connected with this competition or family of staff working for any of these organisations.

2. Only one entry per person. All entrants must be aged over 18.

3. Prize includes:

- Two 1st Class return tickets to Manchester Piccadilly with Avanti West Coast trains

- An overnight stay at the 4* Stock Exchange Hotel

4. Train tickets are valid for Avanti West Coast services only, for return travel between London Euston and Manchester Piccadilly or any origin stations along this route. Tickets are issued by travel PINs that are subject to availability and must be redeemed against services that have Advance Fare tickets available online via avantiwestcoast.co.uk. Tickets are non-transferrable and not eligible for exchange with any other Avanti West Coast services or products. Tickets include access to First Class lounges and on-board service, subject to availability on the dates of travel. 5. When redeeming, dates will be subject to availability at Stock Exchange Hotel.

6. Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of being contacted.

7. No cash alternative is available. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-changeable and subject to availability. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The competition will close at 00:01 on 1st April 2022. The winner will be contacted by Monday 4th April 2022. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Winner will be selected at random.

9. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Marketing Manchester or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion and/or publication of such entries to Marketing Manchester. Winners agree to grant Marketing Manchester or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

10. The competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. These terms and conditions do not confer any rights to any third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
