Mortgage after an IVA?

I got an IVA just over a year ago that I've never defaulted on. I don't have any other debts and my bills are always paid on time.
My Dad has recently passed away and I will be in a position to pay the IVA in full, not a settlement but the full amount of the debt as well as all the fees.
The IVA was for 2 debts, 1 loan and 1 credit card. If I hadn't got the IVA I would still be within the original timescale of paying off both so in reality I'm actually paying both early
Does anyone know how this will affect my ability to get a mortgage. I know that an IVA would normally be on my credit file for 6 years and even a settlement for a lower amount would still be there for some time but I intend to pay in full and early

Why did you enter an IVA for 2 debts? Would a DMP or an arrangement to pay directly with the creditors not have been better?
An IVA for all intents and purposes is bankruptcy to mortgage lenders. Unfortunately you cant really put a positive spin on that.
Realistically, I would say you will need a 30% deposit.
You may need a bigger deposit bit it depends on the details.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
