Still no OR assigned!!??

Right all I keep getting told is ring tomorrow no one has been assigned to your case yet, ok they may be backed up but has anyone ever had this happen.
Our court here doesn't have an OR in the building so on Tuesday when the dreaded deed was done, I didn't have one to speak to, and the ORs to me are based 40 miles away, which seems a little odd. Now they told me at the court if I hadn't heard from the OR by 4pm Tuesday I had to ring them, and for the last three days I have but still no OR. Now although I am pretty sure I know what I must and must not do, ie no using bank accounts etc or entering into conversation with creditors apart to give them my BR number, nothing else has been explained, well I have read it up, but I guess I jut want my mind put at rest a little if you get what I mean... I am a little brain dead and numb still, and I realise that the interview is a long way off, but I thought it was common practice to at least have a brief chat with an OR!!
Can anyone shed some light?

Oh one more thing... Can I go and sort out a little co-op bank account now I think I can or again do I have to wait to speak to the OR first?... I am getting myself in a terrible muddle, not quite sure where I am today!!BR 11/12/2007 10.07Bright at the end of this tunnel! No to credit... Cash all the way:rolleyes:0

Migz you are perfectly free to go and sort out a new bank account now. Why don't you give the Co-op a ring right now

I would guess the OR's office are a bit snowed under at the moment, I know some area's are incredibly busy. I think I read somewhere that some areas had put cases out to offices in other areas of the country to get things rolling.
Don't worry you're doing really well.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
