Is there a way to search on Amazon without getting "similar" items?

E.g. if I search for "samsung galaxy s21" I want to see items which have all three words in description and absolutely nothing else.

No. But you can narrow it down via using the filters.0

I am surprised there are no external projects who index Amazon and then provide a sensible search service.0

There are a few advanced search option on amazon but they are bookd / dvds and nothing you would care about. Can help but again it is not perfect when you just want to be able to prefix thing with + or - like old google searches.I find clicking prime next day cuts out a lot of what you do not want.
