I applied for my pension on 27th June having waited for 10 days for an email answering a query I had on Added Pension. I still haven't received a reply to that having sent my claim form in. I have heard nothing about whether I'm going to get my first pension payment at the end of this month. Terrible service.

Don't worry Capita is due to take over administration of the pension schemes from MyCSP in 2025 as part of its wider civil service pensions contract. It may not feel like it but you may be the lucky ones, getting in before more chaos happens.
