Has anyone used Tax Returned to claim tax back/expenses in relation to working from home? Do they contact your current/previous employers?

Why wouldn't you just do this direct with HMRC yourself?
What is it you think they can do that you can't do yourself?1 -
Why pay someone to do something that you can easily do yourself?
Their fees are 28% plus VAT and if the tax refund they get is £50 or less you get nothing.1 -

Just call HMRC avoid total well i dont like swearing online.
