HSBC Consent To Let.

I have a year and few months left on my 5yr term. I've moved out after getting married and will prefer to have consent to let than be forced to sell, pay early repayment or go for buy to let now. What are my chances with HSBC please?

Usually you can just ring them up - and provide your account details - and they will let you know which forms you need to fill out, which T&Cs you need to read, and what any associated fees or changes in interest rate will be.
As your reasons for needing to do so are entirely normal and reasonable (and as long as the rental amount you would be receiving is 125%+ of your monthly mortgage payments) you shouldnt have any problems.
I am not allowed to post links for some reason - but if you check the mortgages/existing-customers/rent/ section on their site - it gives you the steps to follow.1 -
Thank you.0
