First time buyer ISA enq

Some years ago my daughter opened a Nationwide Save to buy ISA issue 3. My understanding is that this account became redundant and Nationwide transferred my daughters savings into the Single Access ISA issue 3 (this new account was only available to the previous holders of the Save to buy ISA). She continued saving until it reached its max of £25000. She is now in the process of purchasing her 1st property as a first time buyer. My question is does she qualify for the govt assistance that was available to 1st time  buyers who held a help to buy ISA or have Nationwide moved her savings into an ISA that qualifies for nothing other than the usual interest. She did have regular monthly amounts transferred into this account until they started to bounce back to her current account even though she had not reached her ISA allowance. We cannot get a straight answer from Nationwide on this. Any ideas ?
