    Did you ever receive this as I had a similar email to say I had won and I replied with my details but nothing has been delivered and they have not replied to further enquiries.
    Same here. Replied straight away, I sent two follow up emails since (ignored) but nothing arrived :(

    Nope. I emailed again and got the exact same reply about busy with awards week and would be with me next week....I did reply to say they'd said that already the week before...nothing to that one
