Automatic app renewal fee, advice pls !

I have just had a automatic renewal fee for a annual subscription, which I no longer want, it was for £107. I have not received any notification that this was due to renew and after checking my Apple subscription settings there is no subscription for this app listed. This was for the app Canva. I have contacted Canva immediately and advised that I did not wish for my subscription to be renewed and there was not a subscription listing on my iPhone, payment was made via PayPal. I have also screen shot my phone proving the app was not on my subscription list. Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Many thanks

Not all apps on apple devices use the apple subscription service, as this one used PayPal it's sounds like something you've linked a payment to outside of apple so taking a screenshot proves nothing. There's nothing outright wrong with automatic subscription renewals either..0

Check your Paypal recurring subscriptions authorisations.0

If your going to subscribe to an app use a calender whether an app or a physical calender, write on it when subscriptions are due to run out, also put on when insurances are due to run out, car MOT too.1

Apple payments don't use PayPal, so you've signed up directly with the provider on their own website. Its not gone through the App store system.0
