Inbox Pounds issue

I am currently having the worst experience with Inbox Pounds.
I completed a tonne of offers in December 21' and they were all credited to my account, bar one. I submitted a ticket in early February requesting the offer in question be credited to my account. They requested ID and I sent this across straight away. I did not hear a word from them for a whole month, despite sending numerous chaser messages after the advised 15-day review period had passed. I finally received a response (after I submitted another ticket) stating they have suddenly decided to waive their ID request for now, but may request it in the future.
The offer still has not been credited to my account and they have now gone back to ignoring my emails again. I'm 100% sure I passed the ID checks, but I suspect they will neither confirm nor deny receipt in order to keep using ID as an excuse not to credit offers and pay out. I can't prove this though, which is very frustrating.
Is it worth reporting Inbox Pounds to Trading Standards or a similar organisation? I earned £38 from offers (which is a small amount in the grand scheme of things), but it's principal that matters here and I can't bear to be given the run around by companies. All of the offers were incredibly time consuming and I completed them in good faith, so it's unfair of them to withhold credit. Their customer service is shockingly awful most of the time. Either they don't respond at all or just send generic unhelpful replies.
I'm wondering if anyone here has had the same or similar issues?

I think I am about to get the same treatment.I've been with them for some years but just lately I've not been credited for completed surveys (it just says 'Disqualified'). Reported the issue but got this reply:"As standard security protocol, our Compliance team is requesting your account to be verified by a government-issued ID.
We use a secure site to review this information so please complete the ID verification process through this secure link below:"I think this is an excuse to refuse payment and a way of increasing their profits.Beware of sending Government issued I.D.'s. Would you just hand over your passport or photo driving licence to a stranger or any anonymous person on the web?

I got paid in the end. I actually requested two payouts and received them via PayPal within a few days. Did you send across your ID? They suddenly decided to waive the ID requirement after I sent mine.0
