Middle name missing from mortgage offer

We were hoping to exchange this week but the mortgage offer has come over to the solicitor and it's missing my middle name (which I am sure the bank have), so she says she needs to go back to them and update this.
What happens now? Do they just amend the name and reissue or is it going to be long winded? We need to exchange ASAP.
UPDATE - I just called the bank and it should be an easy fix via email - here is hoping
