Natwest Mortgage Tracker Help!

Hi All,

I submitted my mortgage application via a broker yesterday & have tried to log onto the tracker today but it keeps saying System unavailable??  Has anyone else had this issue or am I just being impatient?

TIA

You have to wait for the application to be re-keyed by NatWest. It has two systems.

I know you wont but you should just forget about the tracker.
If your broker uploads a document now, it wont show as uploaded until they review it - thats also assuming they update the tracker.

If we assume it takes them 2 days to review the documents, that then looks like your broker has done nothing for 2 days.

I really dislike the natwest tracker. I used to tell customers about it but it just made it look like I was sat twiddling my thumbs for a few days and then people would be politely giving me a prod for something I had already done.

I called Natwest this morning as I still can't access the tracker.  Was told that the current processing time is 4 days so should be done by tomorrow.  Have a look at this link, it gives all their current timescales https://www.intermediary.natwest.com/intermediary-solutions.html Hope this helps someone
