The sale has started badly as apparently the discount isn’t working so some stores have stopped doing it whilst some are still doing the reductions individually.

my guess is they will pull it

70% Sale was on BUT the tills are only doing 50% off,  this is in all stores (someone is going to be in trouble) my store opens at 8am and I was the only one waiting, luckily a staff member put mine through by hand but things were coming up at the wrong price some were not priced at all and some were on a 70% off shelf but were not reduced any further, she said that all stores opening at 9am were informed and taking down signs.  It was chaos the staff were quickly taking down all signs and  I think only people that had turned up especially they were putting them through for them, but there were only a couple of staff doing this.  Someone said on another forum that it will be tomorrow but worth checking first

I'm in Bristol city centre and popped into the Broadmead branch at lunchtime to see if the 70% sale had started.
It is on - all the 70% signs were up and there was loads of stock still on display.
I bought a Joules rucksack reduced from £50 to £15. 
The sale area itself was deserted, just a couple of shoppers wandering around.
