Dip accepted.
Full application completed.
Paid for the survey and the mortgage offer has gone to the underwriters.
Do they ask for bank statements anymore? I'm confused as to which part of the process they do this? Is that an old thing now - or will they ask further down the line?

I've just taken out a mortgage with Nationwide. I was asked by my mortgage broker prior to obtaining a DIP for 3 months bank statements and 3 months payslips, which I assume is just standard practice, but when the application with Nationwide was keyed all they wanted was my most recent payslip.0

Thank you!
They have never even mentioned bank statements to me. Only payslips. Hopefully it's one less thing to sort out.0 -
Good luck!0
