We have sold our house and have around 50k equity
unfortunately I have 2 CCJs older than 3 years
all other payments are up to date, not missed a payment for over 3 years
combined income is 62k and we plan to put down 15% deposit down on the next house purchase
we have a DIP with Kensington agreed, but now we have sold the house we are getting a bit worried about whether we would be successful
15% (38k) deposit on next house of 250k (212k Mortgage required)
2 CCJs older than 3 years
whats every ones view, do you think we will be successful??

If you have a Kensington DIP then you are already using a mortgage broker, who will know Kensington lending criteria pretty well as they are likely to be a specialist broker. So long as you’ve told your broker everything and declared everything on the forms you should be absolutely fine
